Jaco Grobler – Services Manager
Jaco is the Team Lead and Service Manager at one of our corporate clients. He manages all aspects of our service and offering to the client.
His past experience includes software development and solution design at various Software companies, which shaped his technical knowledge and thinking.
@Jaco: I’m logical, practical, realistic and reliable, and facilitate between Client, Business and Team. I enjoy being involved in all aspects of IT Service Management, from understanding client requirements, brainstorming and designing solutions with the team, to managing all aspects of our service.
Jaco loves the outdoors, tries to stay fit and healthy, but his favourite activity is surfing.
