Koos de Wet – Development Manager
Koos is the Development Manager in our Cape Town Back Office Team. His portfolio includes developing and managing client relationships, managing and coaching developers and supporting the other Vicitude teams in various capacities, as well as doing some development work.
Koos started his career 16 years ago doing mainly Delphi development as a freelance contractor. His career veered into Java development where he worked for various companies before joining Vicitude in August 2006. At the end of February 2015, he took a sabbatical from Vicitude to join a startup company doing C# development and Azure implementations. After seeing this through, he rejoined Vicitude to use his wealth of expertise to assist Noel in developing and supporting our teams.
@Koos: I enjoy building relationships and helping clients, understanding their requirements and problems and then delving in to get the job done.
In his free time, Koos plays the guitar, hikes and cycles, loves playing board games with friends and is a casual foodie. He also practices all kinds of crafts and science experiments with his children.
