Pauline Viveiros – Functional Analyst
Pauline is a Functional Analyst working at a corporate client in Pinelands. She works closely with the business and IT developers to facilitate the ongoing development and production support of their MSCRM Dynamics solution. The CRM solution houses information about their intermediaries, which also includes their relationships and interactions with the client. Her function starts with analysis and design and goes all the way through to testing, implementation and production support.
Pauline started working in IT, way back when, as a developer on mainframe systems. She then went on to become a Systems analyst, and then to Business Analysis. Her current role as a Functional Analyst within Vicitude means that she can combine her technical, programming background with the Business aspect of her Business Analyst work.
@Puline: I love to work as part of a collaborative team, gathering business requirements to be transformed into a practical and effective IT solution. My favourite part of my job is definitely the interaction with both the business community and my IT team.
Pauline’s best place to be in her spare time is outdoors, be it while running, cycling, hiking or just chilling. She also enjoys cooking and eating good food with family and a few good friends.
