Toby Buthelezi – Functional Analyst/Developer
Nontobeko (Toby) works in our CRM Team as Functional Analyst/developer supporting and assisting with the ongoing development and production support of a MS Dynamics business application for a corporate client.
After matriculating, Toby completed the National Diploma in IT and then whilst studying for her BTECH: IT, she worked as a Call-centre Agent and Admin Assistant. Thereafter, she started an internship as a Junior Software Developer for a software development company. She then moved to Britehouse as a Tester and CRM Developer, gaining vital experience in Dynamics CRM, which enabled her to move to EOH as a CRM Consultant. In a bid to further develop in the Dynamic CRM space, she joined Vicitude’s CRM Team in April 2019.

Toby’s friends see her as a funny/witty person although she doesn’t think she is. She is a very family orientated person and a proud Mum who loves her daughter more than she ever thought possible. She also spends some of her spare time doing online courses and also enjoys running.
